SpaceX launches 60 more internet satellites for Starlink network

SpaceX, the US rocket, satellite and space shuttle manufacturer, has sent 60 more communication satellites that are part of the Starlink internet satellite network.

According to the news on the “” website, 60 new communication satellites, which will be part of the Starlink internet satellite network, were launched from the Cape Canaveral Space Station in Florida, USA with the SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket.

The reusable Falcon-9 rocket returned to Earth 9 minutes after launch, but failed to land on the company’s unmanned floating landing platform in the Atlantic Ocean.

This was the 19th launch of the company under the Starlink project.

The launch planned for yesterday was delayed due to bad weather conditions.

SpaceX plans to establish a network of 12 thousand satellites in earth orbit with Starlink satellites. The project is aimed to be completed in 2027.
