SN15 successfully landed

Starship’s SN15 prototype flew about 10 minutes in high altitude on its 5th attempt.

After taking off from the ground in the test flight in the Gulf of Mexico, the SN15, which reached a height of 10 kilometers, started landing.

Starship landed successfully. The top of the runway where the shuttle landed was also wetted with water in order not to cause a fire.

Previous test launches of the shuttle on December 9, 2020 and February 2, March 3 and April 6 resulted in an explosion on landing.

SpaceX aims to use the Starship on manned lunar and Mars expeditions.
