“We are pushing the administrations a little for localization, innovation and technology transfer in public procurement. In the tenders made with SIP, solutions suitable for the needs of the administrations are not taken as a ready-made product or service. Instead, solutions such as R&D, design, production, integration, testing, certification. “Our Ministry is involved in all processes throughout the tender. We determine the localization targets for the project. Thus, we ensure that domestic opportunities and capabilities are used to the maximum extent.”
