Applications for Experiment Technology Workshops have started


According to the statement made by the Aviation, Space and Technology Festival (TEKNOFEST), Experiment Technology Workshops, which will be the driving force of the National Technology Move for the development of Turkey, and train young individuals with high technology production competence, continue to provide technology trainings to students in 30 provinces.

In the third phase of the plan, which aims to establish technology workshops in all provinces, technology workshops will be opened in 27 more provinces.

Ankara, Aksaray, Aydin, Balikesir, Batman, Bingol, Bursa, Denizli, Diyarbakir, Erzincan, Giresun, Hatay, Istanbul, Karaman, Kars, Kayseri, Kirikkale, Kilis, Kocaeli, K├╝tahya, Mardin, Mersin, Ordu, Sivas, Sirnak, Applications to the Experimental Technology Workshops opened in Tekirdag and Van can be made at the 4th grade, 5th grade, 8th grade, high school preparation class and 9th grade levels.

Students will be entitled to receive training at the Experimental Technology Workshops after successfully completing two stages: “e-exam” and “practice exam”.

Candidates must complete their pre-application for the electronic exam on the website https://kys.turkiyeteknolojitakimi.org/ by July 4th. The e-exam will be held on August 2-23 at centers to be determined in 27 provinces, in sessions.

Technology-focused free training for 3 years

During the training, which is completely free and lasts for 3 years, students; Training in technology areas such as design and production, robotic coding, electronic programming and the internet of things, artificial intelligence, cyber security, software technologies, energy technologies, aviation and space technologies, nanotechnology and materials science, advanced robotics and mobile applications are provided.

It is also aimed to develop students’ skills such as entrepreneurship, creative thinking, critical thinking, solving complex problems, effective communication and teamwork.

At the Experiment Technology Workshops, where the students participating in the program are entitled to 3-year free education, the first two years of the 3-year education are technology and project development-based training, and the other year is the process of participating in national and international competitions as a team. A common education curriculum is implemented at the Experiment Technology Workshops, where the principle of equal opportunity in education is taken into account.
